I enjoy listening to 104.1 Power FM, the station where it’s all about love! The presenters and the music have a way of seeing one through the day. Generally, the entire programming has something for everyone! How can I forget how much you involve us the listners! You get us to be part of who you are. Yes, even us the silent listeners!
Its funny how radio hosts and presenters end up becoming a huge part of our lives! A part that we gladly look foward to, people we are excited to tune in and listen to. We also do feel bad everytime you are absent and someone else has to stand in for you. You are so far yet so close; making us to laugh out loud, causing us to sing on top of our voices. We pause and ponder about life and God as well as grow wholistically. You are present with us through life’s ups and downs.
It takes time for one to fall in love with a voice on radio though gradually one accepts that person into his/her life. I cannot begin to tell you how much heart breaking it is to hear one favourite presenter after another bidding farewell to us! It’s always a sad happy ending. Sad because we will nolonger be graced with their awesome voice and personality as often as we would like until when they surprisingly pass by; because once a Power FM presenter, always a Power FM presenter. Happy because they are moving on to another stage of their lives and careers, leaving room for new voices that eventually become favourites.
This cycle never ends of us falling in love with a new presenter, doing life together, them becoming a huge part of who we are and us biding them farewell. Thank God who made us with hearts large enough to accommodate all the presenters He keeps giving us as and when seasons change.
Thank you Power FM for allowing us see from a far what it looks like to raise leaders. Leaders who raise other leaders. I bless the Lord for your Minisrty and the heart you have for discipling and making Radio Legends.
And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others

Thank you for growing us as listeners to live with open hearts; in receiving and loving the different people that God blesses us with throughout the different seasons of Power FM. Thank you for truly making us see that change is an inevitable part of life. Presenters come. Presenters grow. Presenters move on but they always live indelible marks on our hearts. Truly you are essential workers making the world a better place one day at a time! Thank you for your tireless service our esteemed presenters.
Thank you for constantly creating room for new voices on Air. Thank you for the lessons on apprenticeship, mentoring and raising new artists as well as giving to various causes like Easter in Prison among others. Thank you for all the Challenges you invite us to participate in during The Love Week and The Festive Seasons. Constantly you think of innovative ways of entertaining, involving and serving us. Lastly, thank you for listening to our heartbeats and playing just the right music for us. You are our fulltime Therapists. On behalf of all listeners, we love you. May God Continue to bless you.
